My New Best Friend

On Friday, I finally had my foot surgery. Things went well. I now have a pin that is sticking out of my toe and I have a lovely boot to wear. I am sure that on Sunday I will look so great with my new boot! My new best friend is the Cryotherapy machine. All I do is hook it up to tubes on my foot and I have instant cold on my foot! It is great!

Saturday was hard to rest. I wanted to yet I didn't. Clyde had bought National Treasure II and I am Legend. So, we had a little movie party Saturday afternoon. Sunday I woke up and Clyde had made me breakfast in bed and told me I wasn't aloud to leave the bedroom. He put up a sign telling the girls, "NO Computer (since the computer is above our room), NO Mom, and No Entry" It was funny to see the girls trying to sneak in to see me. I love the fact that they missed me! Clyde has been great at checking on my Cryotherapy machine and making sure it is always full of ice.

Having foot surgery and the pin in your toe is no fun. I know first hand but I had both feet done at the same time. I like your ice machine that is really cool.

jeff had one of these when he hurt his back. He loved it, I think he gave it to Rich for his shoulder. Let me know if You need anything!

That machine is too cool! I'm glad to hear you're doing well! Let us know if you need anything at all, especially since we live close by again, lol!

Lisa, I don't know how you could have endured both feet. One is plenty for me!

Corey had that machine with his ACL surgery. In fact, we still have it and don't know what to do with it! Hopefully, no one we know will need it anytime soon.
I'm sorry that I haven't been over with any drinks...

I just noticed how bad that drink comment looks! I meant SONIC drinks!!!

lol You are too funny April! The dr said anytime you need a ice pack you could use the machine. I will keep it for the next broken arm. Hopefully, it won't be Rebekah again! It's been a year and so far so good.

I am glad to see your spirits up. Your foot really looked like it hurt the other night. Call me I am always good to come refill the ice man during the day and a sonic drink.
did you get more pain meds?

No, I haven't gotten more pain meds. I have to go and fight with CVS to get them to approve the insurance. I talked to Elle last night and she told me what to say to get them to approve it. So, now I have to take care of that today. Get them to refund me the difference and pick up more meds.
